The Challenge
Stur Solutions is a Kenyan construction and contracting company that was effectively invisible online. When potential clients searched for them — or for the kind of work they do — a competitor showed up and they didn't. They wanted a website that would put them on the map: rank on Google, look credible, and let clients reach and book them directly instead of relying on referrals.
What I Built
I built a fast, SEO-first website on Next.js — and delivered past the original brief. Rather than cloning the competitor site they'd pointed to, I shipped a more complete, more polished presence: a clean multi-page structure, proper on-page SEO baked in from the first commit, and image delivery handled through ImageKit so pages stay fast on Kenyan mobile connections. Today the site ranks #1 on Google for their branded search.
